INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pkgs ramen, seasoning packet discarded
  • 1 1/2 lbs med-large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 cups chicken, vegetable or seafood stock
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha, depending in your warmth level
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated recent ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups shredded inexperienced cabbage
  • 3/4 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup candy peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
  • juice of one lime
  • Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a skillet on medium warmth upload 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes on every part or till agency and pink. Set aside
  • In a big pot on medium-high warmth upload 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add carrots, onions, cabbage and peppers and prepare dinner for 2-3 minutes upload garlic and ginger prepare dinner one other minute. Add stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and sriracha blend till combined. Bring to a speedy boil then cut back warmth to medium and permit simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Add the dry ramen noodles to the broth and prepare dinner for one other 2-3 minutes. Remove from warmth and serve into bowls, upload in shrimp and garnish with cilantro.
NOTES

  • **If you do not plan on consuming this proper away make the ramen noodles separately then upload them collectively as served. The noodles take in the broth and turn out to be extra soggy in the event that they sit for a lengthy time.
