I was considering about Indian food, and how a lot I used to LOVE potato and pea samosas. Spiced Samosa Patties

  • 3 large Yukon Gold potatoes baked, and skins removed
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder or extra to taste
  • 1/2 cup gluten unfastened flour blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt plus a pair dashes for the gluten unfastened flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons vegan buttery spread
  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil

  1. In a small pan, prepare dinner the peas and onions in a single tablespoon of buttery unfold over medium warmth till onion softens, about 5 minutes.
