No-Bake Energy Balls (5 ingredients!)

These no-bake power balls make the correct breakfast, snack and even dessert. So delicious and merely take 5 minutes and 5 foods to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup vintage formed oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup honey
  • 6 Tablespoons vanilla protein powder , about 1 1/2 scoops
  • OPTIONAL: SPLASH OF VANILLA, PINCH OF SALT, PINCH OF CINNAMON, 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 2-4 TABLESPOONS GROUND FLAX SEED, 1 TABLESPOONS CHIA SEEDS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the vintage formed oats, peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips. I like so as to feature a touch of vanilla and pinch of sea salt too. Stir till combined. Use a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon and spherical them into balls.
  • Place pan within the freezer till hard. Then shop in a zipper best bag or included container for as much as 3 months.

NOTES
Note: If you upload additional foods and the combination feels too dry, upload a Tablespoon additional of peanut butter and 1/2 Tablespoon of honey.
If it feels too sticky, upload a Tablespoon or NULL additional of oats or protein powder.
Variation: You too can use 1 cup Kodiak Power Cakes blend in location of oats for a smoother dough. Sometimes I desire to make use of 1/2 cup of each.
