  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless fowl breasts
  • 4 cups steamed broccoli or inexperienced beans

  • Sauce
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fowl broth optional
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Clean + cut fowl into 1 inch cubes.
  • In a big frying pan, warmth sesame oil. Cook the fowl till the rims are brown and moderately crispy (Approx 12-15 minutes)
  • As the fowl is cooking, stir collectively the sauce combination in a separate bowl
