Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

These Healthy Cookie Dough Balls are a wholesome snack and take minutes to make. They are crammed with nut butter, sweetened with honey, and basically five foods total.


  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour 
  • 1/2 cup nut butter, I desire salted peanut butter or cashew butter.
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted (add extra if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt if none in nut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini)


  • Mix collectively all foods in a bowl till properly combined.
  • If too rainy to roll into balls, sit back in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls and shop in fridge or freezer. If freezer, defrost for a couple of minutes earlier than eating.
