  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Divided
  • 2 1/4 Cups Beef Broth, Divided
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper, To Taste
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 8 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  • Melt the butter in a enormous skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions, one Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of the meat broth to the skillet and stir to coat the onions.
