Creamy Swedish Meatballs


  • 8 ounces flooring pork

  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups pork broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  • In a big bowl combine flooring pork, flooring beef, onion, egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, allspice, and parsley. Mix the meals adequately then roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
