Chicken Potato Bake


Potatoes tossed in garlic and olive oil and baked to a golden brown with tender, juicy hen thighs. A household favorite!

  1. 4 potatoes medium-sized, cut into 3/4" dice (russet, white, and red are all nice choices, no have to peel)
  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  3. 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1.5 kilos boneless skinless hen breasts or thighs (I desire to make use of thighs)
