Baked Bang Bang Chicken is a crispy fowl Chinese restaurant favourite served in a delicious spicy home made sauce, capable in 30 minutes.


  • 1/2 cup faded mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 big eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse flooring black pepper
  • 2 fowl breasts , boneless skinless
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil spray

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Cut the fowl breasts into 1” chunks.
  4. Place the flour right into a shallow bowl.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs, onion powder and garlic powder collectively in a shallow bowl.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  7. Coat the fowl with the flour, then dredge within the egg mixture, then into the panko combination and upload to a big baking sheet.
  8. Spray with vegetable oil spray for 2 seconds.
  9. Bake for 22-25 minutes or till golden brown.

While nonetheless hot, toss with the sriracha mayonnaise mixture.
